I am a writer and English teacher from Oxford, England. Mostly, I write for pleasure, stories mainly, and a bit of poetry when I chance upon a pleasing construction of sound and sense. I also write articles for a magazine known as The LondonWord, reviewing and providing opinion on cultural events and happenings in and around the city of London, England. For Suite101 I will be writing collections of articles on different subjects, from articles about Basketball (a sport I have lived and played for a great deal of my life) to articles about teaching English, forms of poetry, and how to make some very interesting and ancient recipes. I take a great deal of pride in honing my craft in as many styles as possible. I hope you find what you are looking for, and enjoy the reading along the way.
